Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Services or place an order.

Personal Use; No Resale

Products purchased through the Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

We accept your order when the product(s) are dispatched.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, availability, or typographical errors and to cancel or refuse any order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an eligible refund will be processed according to our refund process.

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, handling fees, or other applicable charges will be displayed before order confirmation or payment, where applicable.

Payments are processed by third-party payment partners such as Razorpay or other authorized payment service providers. We do not store full card details or complete payment credentials on our servers.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information and authorize us and our payment partners to process the selected payment method for your order.

Shipping, Delivery, Risk & Title

Shipping locations, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, failed delivery, address errors, damaged shipments, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines shown on the Services, at checkout, or in communications are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier availability, location, weather, holidays, local restrictions, strikes, public events, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Title to the product(s) passes after full payment and dispatch, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, wrong items, short shipments, refund timelines, return eligibility, and return procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

To initiate a return, you must follow the process stated in the Return & Refund Policy, including contacting us and obtaining Return Authorization before sending any item back.

Unless otherwise stated in the Return & Refund Policy, only unopened, unused products in original condition and packaging may be eligible for return.

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Good-Faith Resolution: If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at hello@goodnessofgreen.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter in good faith.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or product purchases shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Seat & Venue: Anand, Gujarat, India.

Language: English.

Tribunal: The dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law.

Courts: Subject to arbitration, the courts at Anand, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Interim Relief: Either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from a competent court to protect its rights pending arbitration.

Disputes will be addressed individually between you and Goodness of Green, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay, failure, interruption, or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, war, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, courier disruptions, supply chain disruptions, payment gateway issues, or other force majeure events.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part of them at any time, with or without notice.
